First months rent and security deposit required (last months rent may also be required for low credit score or no credit). One year or longer lease strongly preferred.  Full background and credit checks are required as part of the application process.  Please don't apply if you have a previous eviction or a felony conviction of any sort.

No dogs... no exceptions.  Cats considered with additional pet deposit.
